A 1939 light vessel built by Philip and Son of Dartmouth, this 134-foot steel-hulled boat originally served as a lighthouse tender (LV94) based in Amsterdam. The vessel was entirely restored between 2018 and 2020 to meet public safety standards and is currently configured as a floating event and hospitality venue capable of accommodating 300 people.
The interior layout includes a 70-seat restaurant, a 150-capacity standing concert hall with bar, an upper-deck bar and dining area for 80 guests, and a forward terrace bar. Electrical systems and safety infrastructure were replaced during the restoration. The lighthouse beacon, masts, and terrace superstructure are removable. A hull survey was conducted in December 2016 by COMEX. The boat retains Dutch registry and holds current French regulatory documentation for public gatherings.
The exterior hull, fittings, doors, and underwater components require attention and maintenance. Kitchen equipment, lighting, and sound systems are not included with the sale. The boat operates on diesel power and is equipped to be towed for transit.
