This 1980 Pearson 37 pilothouse sloop combines traditional cruising capability with practical living space. The fiberglass hull design reflects the builder's classic approach to offshore-capable sailboats of the era.

A complete overhaul in 2003 brought the boat substantially up to date. The engine was replaced with a new Westerbeke diesel, and the electrical system was upgraded. The boat is equipped with an autopilot, navigation system, and radar for extended cruising. Air conditioning and heating systems are installed throughout.

The pilothouse configuration provides shelter and visibility for the helm, while the layout below deck offers multiple cabins and generous accommodation spaces suited to extended time aboard.
