Petrel is a 1988 Cascade 42 Highside cruising cutter with a fiberglass hull measuring 42 feet in length and 12 feet at the beam. The Highside variant incorporates an additional 12 inches of freeboard, which enlarges the interior volume, storage capacity, and living space compared to the standard model.
