The 1990 Cooper Prowler is a 42.5-foot diesel-powered cruiser built with fiberglass hull and classic Pacific Northwest styling. Twin Detroit Diesel 8.2 inboard engines power the boat, which show approximately 2,500 hours of use. The wide 13-foot beam creates substantial interior volume and the characteristic spacious feel these boats are known for throughout the region.
The salon features large panoramic windows that flood the cabin with natural light, complemented by warm teak cabinetry and trim throughout. Convertible seating in the salon faces the lower helm station, which offers excellent sightlines. The galley is well laid out with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, stainless sink, and abundant cabinet storage. Two staterooms provide sleeping accommodations: a forward master with an island berth and a guest cabin with bunks. An enclosed head includes vanity and storage.
The boat offers dual helm stations — one below in the salon and another on the flybridge — both providing commanding visibility. The aft cockpit is expansive, and side decks are wide. Additional features include a swim platform with boarding ladder, bow pulpit and rails, and excellent engine room access with a spacious layout. Throughout the boat, storage is generous.
The yacht shows cosmetic age consistent with its age but presents as a solid, functional cruiser with a desirable layout. A spare matching engine and transmission set are available separately.
