1996 Gibson 44 Classic

This 1996 Gibson 44 Classic is a fiberglass cruiser measuring 44 feet in length with a 14-foot beam. The boat features a single-level design typical of Gibson houseboats, with accessible deck space throughout. The exterior includes a front bench seat with updated upholstery, a fly bridge with a bimini top and bridge cover, and powder-coated hardware including bilge blower vents, swim ladder, and anchors. New striping and updated deck finishes are evident.

The interior layout includes an upper salon with a sofa bed and matching dinette seating, electric fireplace, and galley equipped with a new refrigerator, double-sided stainless sink, three-burner cooktop, oven, and microwave. Aft of the galley is a stateroom with privacy divider, storage, and smart TV, with stairs providing access to the aft deck. The main head features a separate shower, dual-access entry, stainless sink, electric flush, and mirrored cabinet. Forward accommodations include a second head with electric flush and a forward cabin with twin beds, plus mid-storage accessible from the forward cabin.

The boat is powered by twin 5.7L 350XL 270hp Crusader gasoline engines with 969 hours. A 6.5kW Kohler generator with 1,108 hours is mounted centrally. Bottom paint was updated in 2022 with a full seven-layer inter-protect coating applied in 2017.
