The 2001 Pursuit 3000 Express is a 30-foot fiberglass express cruiser built to handle both fishing and cruising equally well. Twin 300-horsepower Crusader gasoline engines power the boat. The design emphasizes a dry ride, even in rough seas, with a wide-open cockpit aft fitted with seating and an oversized windshield for visibility and weather protection.
The fishing setup includes stainless steel rod holders and racks mounted under the gunwale, tackle and general storage in the cockpit, an insulated livewell, a macerated fish box with overboard drain, and fresh and raw water washdowns. A hinged transom door provides convenient access. The bridgedeck has an entertainment center with optional icemaker.
Below, the cabin offers generous headroom and comfortable accommodation. A spacious dinette converts to a six-foot, six-inch berth, while a large double berth sits forward. The galley is fully equipped. Cabin finishes include teak accents, with optional teak and holly solid wood flooring, and a range of fabric options. One head serves the cabin space.
