2002 Cruisers Yachts 4450 Express Motoryacht

This 2002 Cruisers Yachts 4450 Express is a 45-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Caterpillar 3126 diesel engines producing 840 horsepower combined. The engines have logged only 490 original hours and run at approximately 8 knots cruising speed. The boat operates on freshwater exclusively and features a five-blade composite bow thruster, bronze propellers that were professionally refinished in 2025, and dripless shaft seals. A port engine starter was replaced in 2024; routine maintenance includes annual oil and fuel filter changes and regular oil analysis.

The interior comprises three staterooms and two heads. The forward VIP cabin has an island queen berth with hanging lockers and television with DVD player. The guest stateroom to starboard offers a queen bed (convertible to twin singles) with privacy door and air conditioning. The full-beam aft primary stateroom features an island queen berth, ensuite head with separate shower and bathtub, and abundant storage. The main salon includes an L-shaped sofa with recliner, dinette with wood table, television, and central vacuum. The galley holds a full refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two-burner electric stove, and solid surface countertops with dual sinks.

Outside, a custom hydraulic swim platform with Lift & Go system was installed in 2022 and features newly installed SeaDek flooring on platform and stairs. The cockpit includes recent upholstery upgrades, dual built-in barbecues connected to custom propane tanks, a wet bar with bar fridge, overhead lighting, and a folding table. The full enclosure canvas was rebuilt in 2015–2016 with three corner panels replaced in 2022.

Systems include a 12.5-kilowatt Onan generator, 3-kilowatt Xantrax inverter/charger, 13-battery power system with solar panels, and three air conditioning and heating units. Navigation equipment comprises a Furuno 12-inch GPS NavNet 3D display, VHF radio, and compass. Fuel capacity totals 500 gallons across two tanks; water and holding tanks provide 160 and 80 gallons respectively. An electric windlass operates all-chain ground tackle.
