The 2002 Novurania 17 is a rigid inflatable boat built around a deep-V fiberglass hull with Hypalon tubes engineered for a smooth, dry ride across varied water conditions. At 17 feet with an 8-foot beam, the boat weighs approximately 1,500 to 1,800 pounds and accommodates eight to ten people, making it equally suited as a yacht tender, harbor cruiser, or family day boat. Power comes from a single 150 hp Mercury 4-stroke outboard with stainless steel propeller, delivering cruising speeds around 37 knots and a maximum speed of 50 knots. The fuel system holds approximately 25 to 30 gallons.

The helm features a console with windshield and grab rail, supported by digital engine gauges, a 12V electrical system with battery switch, a Garmin GPS chartplotter, VHF radio with antenna, and compass.
