The 2002 Regal Commodore 3860 is a 38-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin MerCruiser 496 MAG HO engines totaling 840 horsepower. The boat features a 13-foot beam and modern styling with smooth lines throughout. The cockpit includes an L-shaped aft seating area, U-shaped companion seating, and a wet bar with refrigerator and removable table.
