2003 Regal Commodore 3860

The 2003 Regal Commodore 3860 is a 38-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin MerCruiser 8.1 Horizon V-drive inboards rated at 370 hp each. The engines have logged 480 hours. A 7.3 kW Kohler generator with sound shield provides onboard power, and the boat includes dual 30-amp shore connections with a cable management system.

The aft cockpit features a convertible hi-lo table that transforms into a sunpad, with removable seating to open the space for fishing or water sports. The full enclosure with aft canvas covers the cockpit area. New cockpit upholstery, hot and cold transom showers, and a wet bar with refrigeration complete the outdoor living spaces.

Below deck, the salon includes an L-shaped dinette that converts to sleeping berths and a galley with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The forward cabin has a double berth with cedar-lined locker, and an aft cabin provides additional bunk space. The head has an electric toilet, ceramic tile flooring, and shower with curtain. The yacht is equipped with Ray Marine electronics including VHF and autopilot, a windlass, central vacuum system, three flat-screen televisions, and stereo with split audio zones.
