2004 Regal Commodore 3560

This 2004 Regal Commodore 3560 is a 40-foot express cruiser built on a solid fiberglass hull with a modified-V design. Powered by a single Volvo engine producing 840 horsepower, it reaches speeds up to 30 knots and cruises comfortably at 18 knots. The boat features a 13-foot beam and draws 3 feet 3 inches, with fuel capacity of 277 gallons and water capacity of 75 gallons.

The interior is appointed with two staterooms and six heads across the accommodations. Both cabins feature sliding doors, and the layout includes hardwood flooring with high-gloss cherry finishes. A wet bar is integrated into the saloon, and the aft stateroom includes a full bathroom. The cockpit offers a spacious semicircular settee, and access to the bow is convenient via a walkthrough windshield.

The boat has been meticulously maintained since 2009 as the second owner. New canvas was installed in 2018, and the generator shows only 900 operating hours.
