This 2005 Hell's Bay Devilray is a fiberglass flats boat measuring 14 feet 8 inches with a 5-foot 6-inch beam. The boat underwent a complete factory restoration by Hell's Bay Boatworks in 2023, including a bare-hull rebuild with structural evaluation and upgrades. The transom was professionally extended to eliminate the original sponsons, improving ride and stability. A custom one-piece flat floor system was fabricated and bonded into the hull as a structural enhancement. The boat is finished in Ice Blue deck with Matterhorn White hull and stainless steel hardware.
Power comes from a 2023 Tohatsu 30 hp engine with approximately 100 hours of operation and factory warranty coverage through October 2028. A Carbon Marine tiller extension is fitted. The restoration included complete rewiring and replumbing of all systems, with interior and exterior surfaces fully refinished.
Fishing-focused features include a freshwater washdown system, custom under-gunwale rod storage with three forward tubes and three aft tubes per side configured for fly and spin rods, and a removable, custom-upholstered YETI cooler seat with grab handle. Color-coordinated white and silver controls maintain a cohesive modern aesthetic throughout.
A 2005 Ram-Lin custom aluminum dry launch trailer with power winch and walk-board accompanies the boat, refitted in 2023 and road-ready.
