This 2010 Sea Ray Sundancer 310 is a 31-foot express cruiser powered by twin MerCruiser 350 MAG engines producing 300 horsepower each, with low engine hours of 335 and 337 respectively. The fiberglass hull has been maintained exclusively in freshwater and stored indoors during winter months. A Kohler 5 kW generator supports onboard systems, while Bravo III outdrives handle propulsion.

The boat features bow and stern thrusters for precise maneuvering, along with an extended swim platform, quick windlass anchor system operable from bow and helm, and Bennett trim tabs for ride control. Navigation and engine management are handled by a Raymarine chartplotter and Mercury SmartCraft controls. The cabin includes air conditioning, a Dometic refrigerator, Kenyon electric cooktop, microwave, and entertainment systems. A VacuFlush head, Kuuma water heater, and ProTech battery charger complete the systems. Abundant seating features bow and cockpit sunpad cushions with filler cushions, while a folding teak dinette table serves the main cabin.

Recent service includes sterndrive bellows replaced in 2025, engine impellers replaced in 2025, and steering levers replaced in 2026. Trim tab pumps were replaced and recalibrated in 2024. Bottom paint was refreshed in 2025 with touch-ups for the current season, and the engines and generator receive seasonal oil and filter service with annual drive maintenance. The black mooring cover and camper top canvas are in serviceable condition; vinyl enclosure panels require replacement.
