2012 Chaparral 246 SSi

This 2012 Chaparral 246 SSi is a 24-foot bowrider powered by a MerCruiser 350 MAG MPI engine with Bravo III DuoProp drive, capable of speeds over 50 mph. The boat features spacious bow seating with an available filler cushion, a U-shaped cockpit with hinged cushions that provide storage, and an extended swim platform with stainless steel ladder for water access. Additional amenities include a walk-through transom, in-floor ski and wakeboard locker, Clarion stereo system, full wraparound windshield with center walk-through, and a bimini top. The boat accommodates up to 12 passengers and has a fuel capacity of 64 gallons.

The boat is offered with a 2012 Sport Trail TAL2324 trailer. The current condition requires attention in several areas. The engine needs an oil service, new water pump impeller, and thermostat replacement following winterization. The outdrive requires service. Electrical systems including the bilge pump, navigation lights, anchor light pole, and docking lights are inoperative, as are the trailer lights.

Multiple gauges are not functioning: the trim gauge sensor, speedometer, and depth finder. The Clarion stereo radio operates but the screen is faded and the audio/USB port is rusted. Additional mechanical items needing repair include the gear lube sensor, gimbal bearing, and broken trailer brake lines. The power engine hatch actuator, ski locker shock, bathroom door latch, and rear ladder latch are all inoperative or damaged. The ignition switch is sticky. The interior shows significant wear and tear.
