This 28-foot Regulator center console combines open fishing-boat design with enclosed accommodations. The fiberglass hull sits on a 9-foot beam, creating a stable platform suited to both coastal cruising and serious fishing work.

Below deck, the boat includes a single cabin with one head, providing shelter and basic overnight facilities. The open deck layout preserves the central console format, with room for anglers and passengers across the fishing zones.
