This 2015 Beneteau Oceanis 45 is a fiberglass cruiser with a shallow draft of 5'9", designed for coastal and Caribbean sailing. Built as a custom order, the boat features a two-cabin, two-head layout with a bright salon, traditional L-shaped galley, and extensive storage. The interior is finished with modern details, and the exterior includes a teak cockpit with full Sunbrella dodger and twin helms with drop-down swim platform.
Power comes from a Yanmar 4JH5CE 57 HP diesel engine paired with a Kohler 6kW generator. Sail handling includes an in-mast furling mainsail (replaced in 2019), furling genoa, and a 2016 Neil Pryde 1,600 square foot asymmetrical spinnaker with sock tacker. An electric anchor windlass with Rocna 25kg anchor and bow thruster are installed.
Recent system upgrades include a Rainman watermaker (2022, 3040 GPH capacity), 4 × 100Ah LiFePO4 house batteries with Victron charging and BMV712 monitor, and a 2022 SD60 sail drive. Air conditioning features two Dometic units (16,000 and 8,000 BTU) with sound shields. Navigation and automation rely on B&G electronics with Simrad autopilot. Additional fuel and water capacity is provided by tanks under the starboard aft berth.
Onboard equipment includes a 2023 Tohatsu 6HP outboard, 2016 Viking Pro Plus 4 liferaft in hard valise, and 2016 Walker Bay 270 Hypalon dinghy stowed on deck. A full mechanics tool kit and comprehensive spares inventory are included.
