2015 Regal 28 Express

The 2015 Regal 28 Express is a fiberglass express cruiser powered by a single 300-hp Volvo Penta gasoline engine. At nearly 29 feet with an 8.5-foot beam, the design prioritizes comfort and usable space. The boat features a surprisingly spacious single cabin with a queen berth, a full head with 6 feet of headroom and separate shower, and a galley equipped with an electric cooktop, microwave, and stainless refrigerator.

The cockpit centers on face-to-face seating and a double-wide helm chair with an anti-glare dash. Navigation electronics include a digital depth sounder and compass, while twin Fusion 700i marine stereo systems serve the cabin and four cockpit speakers. The helm features trim tab controls, stainless binnacle with safety lanyard, and a hand-wrapped steering wheel. Courtesy blue LED lighting runs throughout the cockpit and cabin areas.
