The 2016 Azimut Magellano 76 is an 80-foot diesel-powered motor yacht built with a fiberglass hull and twin 1,000 hp MAN engines. The Magellano 76 features a Dual Mode Hull design that allows for either displacement or planing performance depending on conditions. With two 20 kW generators, comprehensive stabilization systems including a Seakeeper 26, Humphree interceptors, and Magnus Master fins, the yacht is engineered for extended ocean cruising with smooth, controlled motion. Joystick control aids maneuvering in close quarters.
The layout comprises six cabins across two decks. The main deck houses the wheelhouse with leather pilot settees, a galley with Miele appliances and marble countertops, and a spacious salon and dining area finished in walnut veneer with lacquered wood and leather detailing. The lower deck contains the owner's suite with panoramic windows and a private head with marble shower, a VIP cabin, two guest cabins each with private heads, and a dedicated crew area with two cabins and separate facilities. All interior surfaces benefit from recent updates including new carpeting and upholstery throughout.
The 2023 refit added significant upgrades: new teak on the swim platform and stairways, new granite steps in the saloon, a carbon fiber hardtop on the flybridge, reinforced battery bank with 8 kW Victron inverters, renovated galley, additional third generator with sound suppression, a water maker producing 200 liters per hour, and renewed soft furnishings. An 80 kg anchor with 200 meters of new chain replaced the previous system. Exterior decking is teak throughout, and the yacht features an electro-hydraulic swim platform and retractable gangway.
