2016 Chaparral Vortex 243 VRX

The 2016 Chaparral Vortex 243 is a 24-foot jet boat powered by twin Rotax engines producing 400 horsepower combined. Built on a fiberglass hull with an 8.5-foot beam, it features jet drive propulsion designed for shallow-water capability and safety around swimmers. The boat carries approximately 450 hours of use.

This yacht comes equipped with Chaparral's integrated surf system, including a ballast tank setup for creating surfable wakes and surf gates for customizing wave shape. The helm features integrated surf controls, allowing the operator to dial in conditions on either side. The shallow draft makes it suitable for lakes and rivers.

The layout includes an open bow with seating, a deep cockpit with wraparound seating for safety, and a spacious rear lounge area with swim platform. A new head display screen and new SeaDek swim platform are installed. Storage throughout accommodates gear and boards, with easy water access from the transom seating area. The boat comes with a color-matched tandem axle trailer and full mooring cover.
