This 2016 Cobalt R3 WSS Surf is a 23-foot fiberglass wake and ski boat built for both performance and comfort. Powered by a Volvo 350 engine, it delivers the power needed for towing and cruising. The boat has been used exclusively in fresh water and shows 568 hours of operation.
