The 2016 Polar Kraft Outfitter 1654 is a welded aluminum jon boat measuring 16 feet 2 inches long with a 6-foot beam. It's powered by an Evinrude 25 E-Tec tiller-handle engine and comes with a Trailer Master trailer featuring a swing tongue and spare tire.

The boat is equipped with two Millennium seats on pedestals, three camouflage seat cushions with rope, and post-style guide-ons.
