The 2016 Yellowfin 39 is a center console built for offshore fishing and high-speed performance. Its stepped hull design delivers the speed and capability Yellowfin is known for, with a beam of 11 feet providing stability and working room. The boat runs on triple Mercury 400 V10 engines producing 1,200 total horsepower, installed in 2025 with less than 20 hours of run time and Mercury Gold warranty coverage through 2031.
A complete refit in 2025 modernized the electronics and interior. Dual Garmin touchscreen displays are mounted at the lower helm, with a second Garmin touchscreen at the tower station. Additional electronics include a Garmin open array radar system and a 7-inch Mercury VesselView digital engine monitor. The boat received new batteries, bottom paint, upholstery throughout, and a custom full boat cover in 2025.
The open layout maximizes fishing and working space. A large coffin box provides storage, while a transom livewell and tackle center support serious fishing. The tower station offers full helm controls and sight lines. Forward seating with storage, a head inside the console, and a leaning post with built-in cooler round out the amenities. New audio system components including amplifiers, speakers, and subwoofers were installed during the refit. The boat cruises at 40 knots and reaches maximum speeds of 65 knots.
