The 2017 Edgewater 320 CC is a 31-foot center console built on the brand's Single Piece Infusion hull construction with closed-cell foam flotation throughout. The deep-V design with a 10-foot 2-inch beam provides a solid, quiet ride in offshore conditions. Power comes from twin Mercury 400 Verado outboards producing 800 horsepower total, with only 114 engine hours on the boat. Recent upgrades include new Garmin multifunction displays, Garmin radar, Garmin VHF radio, and an Infinity R3000 marine stereo system.
The boat accommodates up to 12 passengers across multiple seating areas: an expansive bow lounge, forward console seating, and fold-away transom benching. A large enclosed head compartment serves the cabin area. The 130-square-foot cockpit provides abundant space for fishing or entertaining. Fuel capacity is 300 gallons, with fresh water storage of 30 gallons.
Fishing is a core design focus. Dual livewells—one 66-gallon and one 28-gallon—provide 94 gallons total live bait capacity. The layout includes large insulated fish boxes, under-gunwale rod storage, multiple rod holders, Taco outrigger bases, raw and fresh water washdowns, a transom sink, and abundant tackle storage. A fiberglass hardtop offers shade and weather protection throughout the cockpit.
