2017 Leopard 51 Powercat

The 2017 Leopard 51 Powercat is a three-cabin fiberglass catamaran powered by twin Yammer diesel engines rated at 740 horsepower, capable of 22 knots maximum and 18 knots cruising speed. This owners-version model has light blue painted hulls and the broad 24-foot-10-inch beam typical of the design, offering stability and generous interior volume.

The accommodation layout includes three cabins and three heads. The boat carries substantial solar panels paired with lithium battery banks, allowing air conditioning to run independently of the generators. Additional features include a water-maker, washer and dryer unit, and large freezer capacity for extended voyages.

Engine hours are moderate: the port engine shows 2078 hours and the starboard 2141 hours, with the generator at 2475 hours. The bottom received fresh paint and running gear service in May 2026. The boat has been privately owned since new and was never chartered. Maintenance is current and documented.
