The 2018 Chaparral 23 Surf is a 23-foot bowrider built around wakesurfing capability. It is powered by a Volvo Penta V8-300CE DP sterndrive engine producing 300 horsepower. The boat features a dedicated wakesurfing hull design paired with Malibu Surf Gate technology, which generates an adjustable wave for watersports. The helm includes touchscreen controls and the boat carries integrated ballast systems to support wave generation.

The 23 Surf accommodates up to 13 passengers and is equipped with navigation and communication systems along with an entertainment system. The layout offers space for relaxing and entertaining across the open bowrider design.
