The 2018 Scout 210 Dorado is a 21-foot sportfish boat built on a modified vee hull of composite construction. Powered by a single 150 hp Yamaha outboard engine, it delivers the speed and reliability expected of this class. The design prioritizes both fishing capability and day-boating versatility, with seating for up to eight people distributed across the helm and passenger areas.

The layout centers on open fishing space with a removable stern seat and wave gate designed for landing fish, along with port and starboard transom swim platforms and a boarding ladder. A fold-down table with an integrated hideaway cooler provides convenience, while captain's chairs offer comfort at the controls. A full stainless steel bow rail adds security throughout the boat.
