The 2018 Sea-Doo GTI SE is an 11-foot jet boat powered by one of three Rotax engine options. The fuel-efficient Rotax 900 HO ACE reaches 42 mph, while the Rotax 1503 delivers 52 mph and the Rotax 1503 NA achieves 55 mph. The boat runs on gasoline and features a closed-loop cooling system designed to protect the engine from saltwater and debris.
Comfort and convenience are central to the design. The boat includes a touring seat, reboarding ladder, and 30.8 gallons of storage. The Variable Trim System allows adjustment of the nose angle for stability at high speeds or for towing and quick starts. Three riding modes—Touring, Sport, and ECO—can be selected through the digital information center to match different riding preferences.
The Sea-Doo's Intelligent Brake and Reverse system (iBR) enables steering, neutral, and reverse control from the handlebars, reducing stopping distance by up to 160 feet compared to unbraked watercraft. An anti-theft security system with digitally encoded key technology comes standard, and the learning key can limit speed for newer riders.
