2019 Custom 363sqft TVA Registered Floating Cabin Footprint

This is a 2019 custom floating cabin structure with a registered 363-square-foot footprint, built on an 11-foot by 33-foot monolithic frame. The design accommodates an 8-by-20-foot cabin configuration and is TVA-registered for use on Norris Lake.

The structure itself has been removed from the water and destroyed, eliminating any demolition work. The footprint remains eligible for rebuild under TVA regulations, or it can be combined with an existing permit footprint to expand the overall configuration.
