The 2019 Leopard 50 is a 50-foot fiberglass catamaran designed for extended cruising with a focus on outdoor living and usable deck space. The signature feature is the flybridge, which includes a lounge area, table, and sunbed accessible by floating stairs from the aft cockpit. The design allows passengers to move freely across the flybridge under sail without interference from the boom, while maintaining sightlines to the helm station below. The boat is powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines of 114 horsepower each.
The interior layout comprises five cabins and six heads, making it suitable for larger crews or charter operations. The saloon features an ash interior finish and abundant natural light. Additional amenities include a forward seating area, hardtop lounge, air conditioning throughout, a Northern Lights generator, and a dinghy platform with captive winches that retracts flush and deploys from below the waterline. The deck incorporates flexi teak flooring as an upgrade over the standard configuration.
The boat has been maintained under professional crew care and recently completed a full refit. The systems include reliable propulsion and power generation suitable for extended voyaging.
