This 2019 Regulator 31 is a fully equipped center console built on a deep-vee hull designed for soft ride and offshore performance. Twin Yamaha outboards delivering 600 horsepower provide capable power, with a cruising speed of 34 knots and a maximum speed of 47 knots. The boat holds 300 gallons of fuel, supporting extended cruising range.

The console features a stand-up head with 6 feet 2 inches of headroom, electric toilet, solid surface countertop, sink, and Flexiteek flooring. Bow seating wraps around with flip-up backrests, and a folding transom seat adds flexible deck space. A starboard side dive door provides easy water access.

For fishing and onboard capability, the boat is outfitted with integrated fiberglass T-top, three deluxe tackle centers, Taco Grand Slam outriggers, livewell, and insulated fishboxes. Electronics include dual 16-inch Garmin multifunction displays, Garmin radar, autopilot, and Yamaha CL7 display.

The fiberglass hull measures 31 feet 4 inches in length and 10 feet 4 inches in beam, with a maximum draft of 2 feet 8 inches. Bridge clearance to the top of the T-top is 9 feet 8 inches.
