2019 Riviera 4800 Sport Yacht

The 2019 Riviera 4800 Sport Yacht is a 48-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS-800 diesel engines rated at 1,200 total horsepower. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 35 knots and cruises comfortably at 29 knots. Twin joystick control systems—one at the helm and an optional aft station—make maneuvering straightforward. The engines have approximately 400 hours of operation.

The main deck is arranged on a single level with an open flow between interior and exterior spaces. The galley sits in the aft quarter of the salon, with a dining lounge to port and the helm positioned forward. A glass sliding door and awning window reinforce the sense of openness. The cockpit is expansive, featuring a forward bench, L-shaped settee with electric high/low table to starboard, and a port-side wet bar equipped with refrigeration, sink, and barbecue. A hydraulic swim platform and tender garage are accessed from the cockpit below.

Below decks, an atrium lounge anchors the staircase base and includes convertible seating that can serve as a single berth. The master stateroom forward holds a queen walk-around bed, cedar-lined storage with ample drawer space, hull windows, and an ensuite with separate shower and hatch. The aft guest stateroom contains three single berths—two of which slide together to form a double—along with hull windows and portholes. Both cabins include dedicated heads, and washer/dryer provisions are located below.

Equipment includes a Garmin Glass Cockpit electronics package, C-Zone switching, Intellian satellite television, and a three-fixture Lumitec Seablaze underwater lighting system. The boat features trim tabs, teak cockpit sole, a hydraulic swim platform with Flex-Dek faux teak covering, aft sun shade in white Stamoid, and forward sun loungers with retractable backrests and optional bimini top. Recent updates include a new 60-pound stainless anchor, 2025 cockpit seating covers, line cutters between the propellers, and a cockpit television. Props were tuned by Holland Propeller in winter 2024/2025. The yacht is prepped for watermaker installation and includes a salon table base held in reserve.
