2019 Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 XP3

This 2019 Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 XP3 is a tritoon pontoon built on an aluminum hull and powered by a single Mercury 150 hp four-stroke outboard engine. The boat has been used exclusively in fresh water and comes with a custom-fitted 2021 model trailer.

The layout centers on social comfort and all-day entertaining. Four separate couches are distributed throughout the deck, each fitted with generous storage compartments. The forward section features port and starboard bow lounges with seat-back storage and underseat lockers. The aft lounge includes lockable underseat storage and a pop-up changing curtain. A movable table sits amidships on interchangeable bases, and cooler storage is built into the helm console. The full-width swim platform at the stern includes a boarding ladder.

Equipment includes a Hummingbird Helix 7 GPS fish finder, a Jensen sound system with Bluetooth and MP3 input, and a 9-foot color-keyed Bimini top with QuickLift deployment system. The tritoon features three 26-inch logs with lifting strakes for performance, woven vinyl flooring throughout, a Rail-Lock system for optional mooring covers, and a full factory cover.

The engine shows 257 hours of operation. A second Bimini top is also included.
