The 2020 Fat Cat HV26 AMBUSH is a high-performance bay boat built for shallow-water fishing. Its 26-foot length and 8-foot beam combine a wood-free fiberglass hull with a chambered flotation system designed for stability and speed in coastal conditions. The boat runs a single 350 hp gasoline engine paired with twin props, delivering rapid acceleration and the power needed for open-water runs.

The boat is outfitted with serious fishing electronics and equipment. A Simrad GO12 XSE chartplotter serves as the primary navigation and fish-finding system. Positioning tools include a Minn Kota Terrova I-Pilot trolling motor with integrated onboard charger and a 10-foot Power Pole for anchoring. The front livewell has oxygen circulation to keep bait and catches fresh. Trim tabs aid handling and performance tuning.
