The 2020 Hanse 348 is a 34-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built for straightforward cruising and responsive handling. Powered by a single 29 hp Yanmar diesel engine, she carries a fractional rig with a Selden aluminum deck-stepped double-spreader mast, Furlex 204 furler, and standing rigging of 1x19. The sail plan includes a new main from M Sails (2026) and a self-tacking Elvström jib. Deck equipment features Selden self-tacking jib traveller with ball-bearing car, Lewmar 2-speed self-tailing winches, and ten Spinlock XTS stoppers. Hardware includes Selden blocks and Rodkick.
