2020 Yamaha Boats 242SE

The 2020 Yamaha 242SE is a 24-foot bowrider built for day cruising and water sports. Powered by a single gasoline engine with throttle-by-wire technology, it features an articulating keel system and saltwater-resistant driveline. The boat handles trim and tilt steering via a rack-and-pinion setup, with cruise assist and no-wake mode controls for varied water conditions.

The cockpit and bow accommodate up to twelve people across multiple seating configurations. A removable table converts the dining area, while the bow features a walk-through door, hinged cushions, and bow filler inserts for flexible layout. The captain's chair is adjustable with a flip-up bolster; a passenger-side captain's chair and portside entertainment area provide additional seating. Teak-style marine mat flooring runs throughout, with stainless steel rails and upgraded aluminum accents for durability.

The stern includes an integrated swim platform with a stainless steel telescopic reboarding ladder, upholstered cushioned seating and backrests, and a freshwater shower. Wet storage behind the backrests includes a 12-volt outlet, with additional storage forward. An integrated removable cooler and anchor locker are built into the bow.

The 12-inch Connext touchscreen displays GPS-enabled nautical charts, depth finder, water temperature, electronic speedometer, fuel management, and compass data. Audio features include a custom-tuned Wet Sounds package with Bluetooth, stern stereo remote, and stern speakers. The boat comes with a trailer equipped with disk brakes, chrome wheels, spare tire, safety chains, and an adjustable winch stand.
