2021 Nimbus Commuter 11

The 2021 Nimbus Commuter 11 is a 40-foot fiberglass cruiser built for year-round boating. Twin Mercury 350-horsepower engines deliver performance with joystick control and autopilot, reaching speeds up to 48 knots. The boat handles as a serious daily runabout with the refinement of a comfortable cruising platform.

The pilothouse is the defining feature—an enclosed cabin with expansive windows, shock-mitigating helm seat, and passenger sofa. Forward, there's additional seating and a sunpad; side decks allow clear passage around the cabin. The boat includes a bow cabin and a mid-cabin with a double berth. An indoor galley, separate shower, and dedicated head serve the living spaces.

Navigation and propulsion systems are comprehensive. Dual 12-inch Simrad chart plotters, Halo24 radar, and a full aft cockpit steering station with joystick, throttles, and wheel give the helmsman multiple control options. A bow thruster aids maneuvering. Onboard power comes from a MasterVolt MassCombi inverter/charger, with Webasto diesel heating for both air and hot water. Gasoline powers the main engines.
