2021 Regulator 28

The 2021 Regulator 28 is a center console built to handle serious offshore work and family cruising alike. Its solid fiberglass hull features a 24-degree deadrise and 9'5" beam that deliver a confident ride in choppy conditions. Twin Yamaha 300 outboards provide strong, dependable power, pushing the boat to nearly 50 mph and cruising comfortably at around 29 mph.

The layout maximizes space and functionality across its 27'8" length. The helm sits clean and functional with excellent sightlines, flanked by recently installed twin 16" Garmin displays. The spacious cockpit is rigged for serious fishing with insulated fishboxes, a transom livewell, rod holders, and generous tackle and dry storage. Forward seating provides a comfortable retreat for crew, while a freshwater system supports extended time on the water.

A stand-up head with holding tank sits within the console, making longer days manageable. New factory upholstery was recently installed throughout, and the head unit has been upgraded. The boat carries 219 gallons of fuel and 33 gallons of freshwater, with a 6-gallon holding tank.
