The 2022 Bayliner Element M17 is a 17-foot fiberglass deck boat built for recreational boating and water sports. Powered by a Mercury 75 hp four-stroke outboard engine with 107 hours of use, it features Bayliner's M-hull design with dual sponsons for stability. The boat carries a maximum of six to seven people and has an 18-gallon fuel capacity, 7.5-foot beam, and 16-degree deadrise. At approximately 1,984 pounds dry weight, it draws just one foot with the engine trimmed up.

The layout centers on modular seating with an L-shaped bow bench, rear-facing seats, and a captain's chair.
