The 2022 Lagoon 55 is a modern luxury sailing catamaran designed by VPLP Design with exterior styling by Patrick Le Quément and interiors by Nauta Design. At 54 feet overall with a beam of nearly 30 feet, this fiberglass catamaran displaces approximately 28 tons and carries twin 115 hp Nanni diesel engines. The boat is CE Category A certified for 14 persons and features a mainsail of 109 square meters, a self-tacking jib of 74 square meters, and an optional Code 0 of 154 square meters. Fuel capacity stands at 1,100 liters with fresh water capacity of 960 liters.
The interior layout comprises four double cabins, each with its own private head and shower. The owner's suite offers generous volume and direct access to the aft cockpit. Panoramic windows and hatches throughout the salon and cabins admit abundant natural light, creating an open connection to the surrounding water.
The yacht's outdoor spaces are extensive. An expansive flybridge provides a helm station, sunbathing area, and dining space. The aft cockpit features a full dining area and a hydraulic swim platform, while the forward cockpit offers lounge seating and sunbeds. The galley is fully equipped with premium appliances. Finishes throughout employ light woods and LED lighting in a contemporary aesthetic designed by Nauta Design, with excellent sightlines and responsive handling both under sail and power.
