This 2022 Lexington 323 is a 21-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a Suzuki 140 hp four-stroke outboard with 121 engine hours. The boat features oversized pontoons, which deliver enhanced stability and buoyancy compared to standard designs in its class, along with an open layout suited for family cruising, fishing, and sandbar use.

The deck has been rebuilt with 3/4-inch marine-grade plywood throughout, replacing the original factory flooring. This upgrade followed weather damage to the interior; the hull remained intact, but accumulated debris caused deterioration of the original deck from the top down. The new plywood deck provides a stronger, more durable foundation than the factory original.

The boat offers ample seating across its spacious 20-foot layout, making it practical for varied water activities.
