The 2022 Monterey 378SS Super Sport is a 37-foot fiberglass bowrider built around the appeal of a day-boat with genuine overnight capability. Twin MerCruiser 8.2L MAG HO engines with B3 outdrives deliver 430 horsepower each, and the engines show only approximately 130 hours of use. Control is managed through MerCruiser Axius joystick docking with Skyhook, supported by dual SIMRAD chartplotters and a full suite of engine monitoring and navigation systems. The helm features an electrically actuated seat with dual bolsters and Fusion stereo integration.
The boat accommodates both entertaining and living aboard with multiple distinct spaces. The starboard cabin holds a queen bed with its own television, a three-seat couch, climate control via Dometic heating and air conditioning, and galley amenities including an Isotherm refrigerator and ZEST microwave. A port-side head includes an electric toilet, retractable shower, and sink. The wetbar on the port side features an additional Isotherm refrigerator, single-bay sink, and storage for service items.
Outside, the cockpit is laid out for comfort and relaxation. The aft section includes a large swim platform, sea decking throughout, a sunpad with adjustable backrest, and L-shaped seating with storage. A removable table and drop-seat provide flexibility, and a plug-in Kenyon grill allows for onboard cooking. Forward, the bow area has L-shaped and forward-facing seating that converts into a large sunpad with filler cushions, removable table, and access to anchor lockers with windlass controls.
