The 2022 Regulator 28 Forward Seating is a center console built on Regulator's Deep-V hull, designed to handle both offshore and shallow-water conditions with a dry, stable ride. Twin Yamaha 300-horsepower outboard engines deliver performance up to 50 miles per hour, with a cruising speed of 37 mph. The fiberglass hull measures 28 feet in length with a 9.4-foot beam.

The forward seating layout prioritizes comfort and functionality. A bow table converts into a sun pad with a filler cushion, providing flexible deck space. The boat is equipped with Garmin Open Array radar for navigation and awareness, 18-foot Gemlux carbon fiber outriggers for fishing, and a 36-volt Rhodan trolling motor.

The engines carry Yamaha warranty coverage through January 2028. The boat has been maintained by a dedicated captain and crew under experienced ownership.
