The 2023 Bay Rider 239 Bay is a 23-foot center console with a fiberglass hull and an 8-foot beam, powered by a Yamaha F300XCB outboard. The boat features a half tower and gray hull, with a Magic Tilt trailer included.

Navigation and fish-finding electronics comprise a 75-inch Garmin Kraken display, a Garmin 1243XSV at the lower helm, and a Garmin 943XSV mounted in the tower. A Bobs Machine jackplate is installed for added shallow-water capability.
