The Fjord 38 xpress is a 38-foot center console built from fiberglass with a beam of 11 feet. Mercury engines power the boat, which features an enlarged T-top that serves as a signature design element. The T-top provides shade across the full cockpit area when the electric Bimini top is deployed.

The boat includes one cabin and one head, offering modest overnight accommodation. The cabin layout is designed to maximize usable space within the center console format.
