2023 Regency 250DL3

This 2023 Regency 250DL3 is a 27-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury engine. With 196 hours of use, the boat shows some wear visible in photos but remains in functional condition.

The layout centers on comfortable lounge seating, with a pillowtop bow lounge and a roomy switchback bed lounge aft. The helm includes LED-rimmed push-button controls, a Lowrance depthfinder, and a Bluetooth Kicker stereo with four speakers. Storage is distributed throughout via underseat compartments, seatback STOW MORE storage, and a pop-up changing enclosure tucked beneath the aft lounge. Interior ambient lighting uses blue-tinted LEDs throughout.

The exterior features Regency's DIAMOND COAT-finished TRACK FORMED fencing mounted on black powdercoated pontoon logs for a secure, rattle-free perimeter. LED navigation, docking, and log lights provide safety and visibility. The hull is built for stable handling across RPM ranges. An 8.5-foot beam gives solid stability on the water.
