2023 Sea Born LX22 Center Console

The 2023 Sea Born LX22 is a 22-foot fiberglass center console built for both offshore and inshore fishing. Its all-composite construction features a performance-stepping hull and higher freeboard than typical bay boats in its class. The single 200 hp Suzuki FourStroke outboard powers the boat, while trim tabs help dial in performance on the water. A matching hard top with integrated electronics box provides weather protection and additional storage.

The layout balances fishing and family use with forward-facing lounge seating with removable backrests, aft bench seating, and a two-position leaning post amidship. The console houses an in-cabin head and substantial storage, including soft-close bow lockers, under-gunwale rod storage, and a 70-quart cooler integrated into the leaning post. A rear insulated live well and fishbox serve practical needs, along with four rod holders mounted to the gunwales and six more in the console. The 13-gallon freshwater system and raw-water washdown support extended time on the water.

Equipment includes a Simrad R40 VHF radio with AIS, Simrad GO7 multi-function displays, SS60 thru-hull transducer, and a Bluetooth-enabled stereo with four all-weather speakers. Navigation lights, underwater lighting, and comprehensive interior LED lighting throughout the boat are standard. The swim platform features a telescopic ladder, and the self-bailing cockpit sits on non-skid diamond-patterned decks. Stainless steel hardware appears throughout, including the rub rail, thru-hulls, propeller, and steering wheel.
