The 2024 Ranger VS1665T is a 16-foot aluminum sportfish built for versatility across freshwater species. The open cockpit layout prioritizes fishing function: a wide deck with movable seating accommodates trolling operations, while the bow is configured for casting. The rear features a timed and aerated livewell positioned adjacent to trolling motor battery storage.

Storage and rod capacity are substantial for the size. Dual lockable rod boxes, each 8 feet 6 inches, flank the cockpit. Forward deck storage with two access points and a centered seat base provide ample room for tackle and gear. Behind the driver's seat, a folding casting deck conceals either one or two 6-gallon fuel tanks and the cranking battery.
