2024 Ultra Lite Tenders ULT 380

The Ultra Lite Tenders ULT 380 is a 13-foot rigid tender built in fiberglass, designed as a dedicated yacht tender for trawlers, yachts, sailboats, catamarans, and sportfishing boats. Developed with Ocean 5 Naval Architects, the boat prioritizes stability, a smooth ride, and capable load carrying. The hull features a fine entry and recessed motor mounting well that increases flotation aft and keeps the outboard clear of the mother ship during boarding.

The design emphasizes practicality and protection. Generous gunnels and a flat foredeck provide comfortable access from docks and riding surfaces. A custom oversized soft rub rail protects the towing vessel from contact damage. At 5.5 feet in beam and with modest weight comparable to RIB specifications, the tender remains manageable for davit or crane deployment.

The boat is powered by a single 20 hp Tohatsu gasoline outboard. Construction uses vacuum resin infusion methods over precision-machined female molds, resulting in a lightweight, durable fiberglass hull. The ULT 380 is manufactured in Stuart, Florida.
