The 2025 Cobalt CS23 is a 23-foot bowrider built on a fiberglass hull with a single 280-horsepower Volvo gasoline engine. Its exterior features a distinctive wave body style-line, an Obsidian windshield frame with black finish and bright side accents, and a continuous rubrail. The full-beam swim platform integrates seamlessly with the deck-to-hull connection through a modern "shoe box" fitting design.

The helm station can be optionally equipped with dual Garmin screens for navigation and is supported by advanced digital instrumentation throughout. An optional Platinum sound system is available for those seeking premium audio. The interior carries a caramel and carbon color scheme with seagrass flooring, combining upscale finishes with practical layout.
