The 2025 Cobalt CS23 Surf is a 23-foot fiberglass ski and wake boat powered by a Volvo V8-300CE-G dual-prop forward-facing engine delivering 300 horsepower. Built for watersports and cruising, it features a Burgundy and Ebony exterior with molded-in graphics and stainless steel accents throughout, including bow scuff plate, cleats, and SURF badging on the folding arch.
The cockpit is arranged in a U-Lounge configuration with a manual sliding helm seat and flip-up companion seat, upholstered in Varadense comfort material. Additional seating includes an aft-facing rumble seat and walk-thru sunpad with filler cushion. The helm station houses dual Garmin 743 GPS units, depth and water temperature gauges, digital hour meter, and etched stainless steel instrument panel. An aluminum Obsidian windshield with stainless bracing protects the helm area.
Entertainment and convenience features include a premium Bluetooth sound system with six speakers, stereo remotes at dash and transom, USB/USB-C charging ports, wireless phone charger with holder, and a 35-liter soft-sided cooler.
